Empowering Minds’ Outpatient Mental Health Center offers community-based care for a multitude of mental health needs to both youth and adults in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County. Their outpatient mental health services include comprehensive assessments, evaluations, treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. They offer Targeted Case Management to both adults and children to support access to needed medical, mental health, social, educational, and other needed services. EMRC’s PRP services for adults offer individuals diagnosed with mental health illness services to promote recovery and enhance their level of functioning in their community. Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers specialized outpatient services providing compassionate care and competent treatment to persons seeking to recover from substance use including medication assisted treatment (MAT) which combines medication management with counseling and behavioral therapies. All services are individualized, strengths-based, and outcome oriented.
