Glass Substance Abuse Programs, Inc. (GSAP) and Glass Mental Health Foundation, Inc. (GMHF) provide outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment services at four (4) service locations in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.
Services include medication-assisted substance abuse treatment (Methadone maintenance and Buprenorphine maintenance), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for addiction disorders, drug-free outpatient counseling for addictions and psychiatric assessments/medication management for patients with co-occurring disorders.
Provides Ambulatory Detox (outpatient detoxification) for individuals suffering with Opiate addiction, seeking short-term treatment. Acupuncture services and HIV-related services are also available to our clients in need of these additional interventions.
We are located in Downtown (between Maryland General Hospital and the State Office Building), South Baltimore (Cherry Hill), Northern Baltimore County (Timonium) and Southeast Baltimore County (Essex). All locations are very easily accessible by MTA Bus Routes, Light Rail, Subway and/or major roadways.
Provides substance abuse treatment services including Detoxification, Methadone Maintenance, Methadone Detoxification. Also provides services for persons with HIV/AIDS, Pregnant/postpartum women, Women, Men.

Licensed staff includes: ASAM, LCPC, LCSW-C, Addiction Counselors, LPNs, Psychiatrist.
ADA Compliant. Nearby public transportation. Accepts urgent referrals.
Monday through Friday 5:30am - 9:00pm, Sat 7am - 10am
