Provides comprehensive behavioral health and primary health care services to medically underserved and uninsured persons residing in the Baltimore metropolitan area, consistent with high professional standards and sensitive to the community. Primary care services include pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, diabetes education, and nutrition counseling. OB/GYN, dental services, podiatry, pharmacy and mental health services are also provided on-site. An addictions service staff consisting of an addictions psychiatrist, therapists, certified addictions counselors, and an outreach worker. Family Health Centers also provides outpatient detoxification services. Medical and non-medical Case Managers are available for all clients living with HIV at no cost to the client through Ryan White funding. For non-English speaking patients, translation services are available from the AT&T language line.
