Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans Initiative

Operating as a part of the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration, Maryland's Commitment to Veterans Initiative Resource Coordinators will work with veterans and family members to access necessary services, either through the VA system or with a private provider. These services include: crisis and emergency services, substance abuse, individual, family and group counseling, and providing local, state and federal resource information and contacts. In addition, the program works with OEF/OIF veterans who are ineligible for VA services, assisting them in getting their behavioral health needs met.
