A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing transitional housing and supportive services to men and women who are faced with challenges such as homelessness, recovering from substance abuse, re-entry into society from incarceration, living with HIV and AIDS, striving to reunite with their children, and veterans and their families. Outpatient substance abuse treatment program offers PHP (Partial Hospitalization), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Standard Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men and women, as well as Low-Intensity Residential Treatment for men. Services include group counseling, individual counseling, toxicology screening, resources and referrals. New Vision House of Hope also has a 90-bed overnight shelter for women and a Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families program.
